現象(xiang)(一):串漏
原因:
1.壓力迅速上升或(huo)者缸壁膨脹,油液(ye)進(jin)入間隙,壓力形成對密(mi)封的(de)下行作用,串漏形成
2.密封環(huan)未設計泄壓槽
防止措施:
1.密(mi)封環(huan)設計(ji)留有(you)泄壓(ya)槽,油液(ye)通過泄壓(ya)槽,填充(chong)溝槽從而壓(ya)縮O形圈,產生密(mi)封
原因:
1.運動速度太(tai)快(kuai)
2.有偏心運動
3.滑動面粗糙(cao)度不(bu)均勻
4.安(an)裝時(shi)扭轉
防止措施:
1.改用唇形密封
2.消除偏心運動
3.修改滑動面粗(cu)糙度
4.注意安裝
現象(三):過渡壓縮
原因:
1.溝(gou)槽設計不合(he)理(li)導(dao)致壓縮率太大(da):沒(mei)有考慮到材料由于熱量及化(hua)學(xue)介質引起的(de)變形,或由于壓力過大(da)引起
防止措施:
1.溝槽的(de)設(she)計(ji)應考慮(lv)到材料由于溫(wen)度及(ji)化學(xue)介質引起的(de)變形(xing)
